Who you are:

  • Are a Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline, with 3+ years of experience in monitoring and managing Online Customer Support teams
  • Are focused on great outcomes for the team and the company
  • Have strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Have excellent general IT skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint, Web tools, Analytics etc.)
  • Good people management skills and strategies
  • Have Domain knowledge and understanding of Customer Support and Service operations
  • Have a passion for customer service, and a willingness to stand up for the Customer within the organisation
  • Have very good and accent-neutral communication skills in English
  • Are a good team player with high integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Have a strong aptitude to learning new skills
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment under minimal supervision, learning quickly, adapting well to change and delivering quick results.
