Are there any limitations?

New accounts can make up to 5 simultaneous calls to mobiles and land lines. There is also an initial spending limit of $25 per day for calls. You can see your current spending limit by signing in to your account at sonetel.com, and clicking on Payments & Usage. Your Daily spending limit is shown in the Prepaid account section. If you need a higher daily spending limit for calls, please contact our Customer service. The maximum call length is 3 hours.
