How can I connect a number to voice response?

To connect a phone number to a Voice app, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in at sonetel.com
  2. Look in the Phone numbers section
  3. Click Change next to the phone number you want to connect to Voice response
  4. Select that you want to connect calls"To a voice application "
  5. Select the Voice app that you want to connect calls to in the right menu.

 

 
It is possible to connect calls to Voice apps from other parts of the Sonetel solution as well. You can for example forward calls to a user that doesn't answer within 10 seconds, to a Voice app (configurable in the personal settings). Voice apps can also redirect calls to other Voice apps allowing you to create "tree structures".
