What are the conference limitations?
Each conference room can handle up to 100 participants. Each Sonetel user in your account can create up to 25 conference rooms. Conference rooms that are not used during 6 months expire and are automatically removed from your account. Conference calls can be max 3 hours long. Conferences that have up to 4 participants are free – beyond that $0.05 per minute is charged for every additional participant. If you have Premium, all conferences up to 25 participants are free. Each user may only have one ongoing conference call at a time.
