What can it do?
A Sonetel Voice Response app is easily configurable to do different things. Here are the things you can do with it. 
- Play a message. This can be an announcement or a welcome message.
- Forward the call caller somewhere The caller can be forwarded to a phone number or a user or other destination.
- Hang up You can disconnect the call.
- Play a menu to the caller For example "For sales press 1...." and then do something dependent on the caller's selection in the menu.
- Play a message (for example "Our opening hours are....")
- Divert to another voice app (Voice response or a voicemail)
- Divert the call to a user or to some phone number worldwide or to an IP-telephony destination (SIP address).
- Play an "auto attendant" This means that the caller is offered to enter the "extension" of the person they want to talk to (each user has a short internal phone number). If the extension entered matches a user, then the call is automatically diverted to that user.
