How can I send error logs to support?

If you run into problems and want to help us trouble shoot your problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Menu button on your phone and select Help
  2. Select Record logs to send to Sonetel
  3. Recreate the issue you experienced
  4. Click on the Menu button on your phone and select Help
  5. Select Stop recording logs.
  6. Send the logs by email from your phone to support@sonetel.com. Don’t forget to clearly describe the problem you experienced.

 

The log files created are stored in your phone in the folder root/Sonetel/logs/
