How can I send error logs to support?
If you run into problems and want to help us trouble shoot your problem, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Menu button on your phone and select Help
- Select Record logs to send to Sonetel
- Recreate the issue you experienced
- Click on the Menu button on your phone and select Help
- Select Stop recording logs.
- Send the logs by email from your phone to support@sonetel.com. Don’t forget to clearly describe the problem you experienced.
The log files created are stored in your phone in the folder root/Sonetel/logs/
