Why did my call fail?

If your call is not set up when you press „Call“ this is probably because you have entered your mobile number incorrectly in the app settings.

In the iPhone app Settings, under Account, you can see your Mobile number. This number must be the mobile number associated with the SIM card currently in your mobile phone. It must be entered in the international format with a leading „+“.
