Can I make calls with other phones than Android and iPhone?

We currently only have apps for iPhone and Android. If you have another type of phone you cannot make calls with Sonetel.

You can however still receive incoming calls on your Sonetel phone numbers, since this can be done without the use of any app.

Advanced users can actually connect so-called SIP-phones to Sonetel for making and receiving calls, but we do not recommend it since it is does not provide a reliable call quality due to common issues with routers and firewalls at the customer premises – and due to the poor or unreliable local Internet connections on the customer’s side.
