How can I update the greeting message?

If you want to record your personal greeting message for your voicemail box, call *11 from our free Android app or iPhone app – or any IP phone.

If you have created an extra Voicemail box for some department in your company, you can update the greeting message in that by either uploading an audio file or by calling *22 from one of our apps. Further instructions are available once you have the Voicemail box in view at our web site.
