October 24th – New Phone Numbers Removed

8:00 AM UTC. Due to an error in one of the internal scripts that was released today, a few new phone numbers were mistakenly removed and are no longer visible in the account. We are currently working with our provider to have these numbers reactivated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.


September 30th – Stability Issues Impacting Webapp/Mobile App Access

August 6th – SMS service unavailable

2:44 PM UTC. We are investigating an issue with the incoming SMS-to-email delivery service.

May 30th – Incoming Call Issues

8:30 AM UTC. Some of our users are currently experiencing issues with incoming calls on their accounts. We are actively investigating the root cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

June 6th 8:00 AM UTC. The issue with incoming calls has been fully resolved. The root cause was recent database changes implemented to facilitate the activation process for new accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.


April 26th – Voicemail service unavailable

8:00 PM UTC. Due to some technical issue, the Voicemail-to-email delivery service is currently not working. We are investigating this on high priority. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

April 30th 11:55 AM UTC. All our services are now back online. It was identified that the service was paused due to a temporary error which is now resolved. All pending voicemails should now be delivered.

February 26th – Strange email notifications

8:50 AM UTC. Some of our customers have received strange emails as notifications when the account got locked or when there was a voicemail left on their Sonetel number.
