April 30th 11:55 AM UTC. All our services are now back online. It was identified that the service was paused due to a temporary error which is now resolved. All pending voicemails should now be delivered.

February 26th – Strange email notifications

8:50 AM UTC. Some of our customers have received strange emails as notifications when the account got locked or when there was a voicemail left on their Sonetel number. The issue is being investigated  by our development team. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

April 3rd 5:30 PM UTC. Our team has temporarily paused all notifications and are actively working on fixing the issue at the earliest. We appreciate your patience.

April 4th 4:45 AM UTC. All notifications are now enabled. The issue is being investigated with the highest priority. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.


March 29th – Strange emails and Duplicate Voicemails

11:30 PM UTC. Due to a technical issue, some of our customers may have received emails with some strange text. The issue is being investigated with high priority. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

March 30th 9:30 AM UTC. We have now resolved this issue and stopped the emails with strange text.

March 31st 10:30 AM UTC. Some of our customers are receiving several duplicate emails for a voicemail left on their Sonetel number. Our team has temporarily paused all notifications and actively are working on fixing the issue at the earliest. We appreciate your patience.


March 13th – Voicemail & Voicemail Summary service unavailable

6:30 PM UTC. Due to a technical issue, the Voicemail summary service is currently not working.

March 22nd 11:53 PM UTC. Due to some technical issue, the Voicemail delivery service is currently not working. Both these issues are being investigated with high priority. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

March 27th 1:40 PM UTC. Voicemail with summaries is now being delivered successfully. However, some of our customers are receiving several duplicate emails for a voicemail left on their Sonetel number.

March 27th 8:44 PM UTC. All our services are now back online.

It was identified that a recent upgrade we released for these services caused this issue. Our team is actively investigating the root cause to prevent recurrence.

March 12th – Issue with phone number purchase

6:33 AM UTC. We have identified an issue with purchasing phone numbers, both for existing and new accounts. Our development team is working diligently to pinpoint the cause and resolve it promptly.

9:25 AM UTC. Phone number purchase should now work as expected. It was identified that there was an unexpected issue with in our servers that caused this issue. Our team is working on finding a permanent solution to avoid any future instances.

6:55 AM UTC. We are investigating an issue with incoming SMS. It is identified that our provider is observing some issues with one of their data centers.

March 12th 12:13 PM UTC. All our services are now back online. All pending SMS received on your numbers will soon be delivered to your email inbox.
