April 28th – Problem with voice support

2:40 PM UTC. Our voice support is currently unavailable due to a problem with the system we use for handling our support calls. We are still available over email.
We are working on fixing this as soon as possible. This does not impact any of our other services.

April 29th 7:50 AM UTC. The problem has been fixed and our voice support is now online. The problem was with our local internet service provider that was being used. We have now switched to our backup ISP.
