August 21st – Problem with credit card payments
08:04 AM UTC. We are currently facing problems with credit payments. Although the payment is debited from your bank account is it not added to your Sonetel account.
If you face a problem, please contact us and we will process the payment manually. Please share your mobile number or email address, date & time of payment as well as the amount. You can also try making a payment with PayPal.
Our engineering team is working on fixing the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
12:54 PM UTC. The problem has been fixed and credit card payments are being processed without any problems. We are still investigating the root cause of this issue.
