June 30th – Call thru Outage

The Call thru service – which is primarily used for making calls from our iPhone and Android apps – was failing between 12:00 GMT to 13:40 GMT today June 30th.
Our call back service and our VoIP service was however not impacted.

This type of issue has never occurred before. The root cause is being investigated by the technical team to ensure that we can fix it permanently.
