December 21st – Problem with PDF receipts
8:45 AM UTC. Due to an update that was applied recently to improve the security of our API, some customers may face issues when downloading their PDF receipts. The downloaded receipts fail to open with an error “Failed to load PDF document.”
The root cause of the issue has been identified and it is expected to be resolved by the first week of January 2021.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
January 4th 12:22 PM UTC. The issue has now been resolved and it is now possible to download PDF receipts once again.
