9:40 AM UTC. We have received reports that some customers are receiving an error message about their account not being activated when trying to sign in. The engineering team is currently investigating this issue.
This only happens if your account balance becomes negative. If you need any help with your account, please contact us.
August 3rd 01:00 PM UTC. The problem has now been fixed. The issue was traced to a recent upgrade done to our billing engine.
