July 31 – Intermittent issue with forwarding calls via voice app

7:48 AM UTC. We are looking into reports of intermittent issues with incoming calls that are forwarded to mobile phones after connecting to a voice response app. Incoming calls work without any problems if they are directly forwarded to mobile phones.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this. The engineering team is looking into this.
