June 4th – Problems with SMS-to-email delivery

May 29th 3:55 PM UTC – June 4th 7:00 PM UTC. We have identified an issue with our SMS-to-email service which prevented incoming SMS from being delivered to customers. The issue started on May 29th and was resolved on June 4th.

The root cause of the issue has been identified and we are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again.
