July 7th – Problems with Sign up & calls

4:30 PM to 5 PM UTC – We had intermittent issues with some calls.

5.30 PM UTC – Issues with the sign up for the service. This seems to be caused by some issue with a database. Our Database administrators are currently investigating the issue.

7 PM UTC – The issue was identified and resolved. The issue was caused by a manual error in the management of our database. We will take actions to ensure that no similar mistake will occur again.

It is still not fully clear if the issue with calls earlier was caused by the same issue or another. This is being investigated.
