March 09th – Problem with Voicemail

08:45 AM UTC. The voicemail to email delivery service faced intermittent failures since 06’th March, 02:20 PM UTC. The failures were caused by a manual configuration change done in the system to fix a related problem. In addition to this, our automatic monitors could not catch such failure.

We have identified and fixed the problem now. The failed voicemails are in the process of being delivered in the next 1 hour.

We have also identified the limitation in our voicemail to email delivery system and our monitoring system that may cause such failures. Our engineers are fixing this to prevent such problem from recurring.
