March 13th – Problem with database

5:20 AM UTC. We’re currently experiencing a service disruption due to a problem with our Oracle database. This means signing in to the web portal, calls, SIP registration, etc will not work. We are working with the database administrators to get things back to normal as soon as possible.

5:48 AM UTC. The problem has been fixed and all our services are now back online.
