November 7th – Issues with Call Recording service
09:30 AM UTC. We are currently experiencing problems with our Call Recording service. Due to this, none of the calls are being recorded. The engineering team is investigating this with high priority.

12:50 AM UTC. Upon investigation it was found that this was an issue with displaying the recorded calls on the web portal – there were no problems with the recording service itself. We have identified the issue and it has been fixed.
