October 16th – Problems with billing
October 12th 12:15 PM – October 16th 08:34 AM UTC. We have noticed that some of our customers were billed incorrectly over the last few days. There were duplicate charges deducted from some Sonetel accounts.
In other accounts that are affected by this, although duplicate transactions may be visible in the account – no charges have been deducted from the prepaid balance. We are in the process of refunding all the incorrect charges. The refunds will be added to the prepaid balance.
We have identified the root cause of the problem and are working on fixing it. No more duplicate charges should be applied to your accounts at the moment. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
