Call recording is included with the Premium and Business Plan<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can activate call recording on all calls company-wide – or only record on specific Sonetel phone numbers.<\/p>\n

Recorded calls can also be automatically transcribed<\/a> and summarized<\/a>. Customer calls are analyzed<\/a> and given a score for the way the call was handled, together with an in-depth analysis. You can also get a suggested follow up email text<\/a> after each call. These services are currently in BETA.<\/p>\n

Make sure that call recording is legal<\/a> in your country before you activate it.<\/p>\n

Activating call recording<\/h2>\n

Call recording is disabled by default. To activate call recording in your account, sign in to the web app, <\/a>\u00a0and click on the \u2699<\/span><\/strong> Settings icon and then select Telephony<\/em> -> \u00a0Call recording<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n
