Inbound SMS is generally included at no extra cost for SMS-supported phone numbers from all other countries, subject to fair usage<\/a> limits. US phone numbers are an exception and are billed per SMS.<\/div>\n

Messages up to 160 characters may count as one SMS, depending on the message encoding<\/a>. Longer messages may be billed as more than one SMS.<\/div>\n
