What is a User?

When you sign up, your Sonetel account automatically has one user – you.  All employees worldwide in your company can be added as users in the your account.

Each new user will get an email with their account details, allowing them to use the Sonetel apps and sign into the Sonetel web portal.

To add and configure users, sign in at sonetel.com and look in the Users section.
