Every account has a default country setting which determines the currency of the account, the default language of the voice apps and other such settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The country can be changed from app.sonetel.com<\/a> before you make the first payment.

Change the country<\/h2>\n

To change the country, follow these steps.<\/p>\n

  1. Sign-in<\/strong>
    \nSign-in and go to<\/span>     Prepaid account<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on Refill<\/strong>
    \nClicking on the Refill button opens the following view where you can change the country of your account.<\/span>

  3. Change the country<\/strong>
    \nFrom the Country<\/strong> dropdown, select the desired country.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The country cannot be changed after you make the first payment. <\/div>

    How does this affect the account<\/h2>\n

    The country selected when making the first payment, is used as a basis for a few important settings for the account.<\/p>\n
