Accessibility Statement

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the following Sonetel services:

  • sonetel.com — public website
  • app.sonetel.com — web application
  • Sonetel iOS app
  • Sonetel Android app

Standard

We aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as referenced by the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

Conformance status

Partial conformance. A formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit has not yet been completed. The following accessibility measures are currently in place:

  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Screen reader route announcements for page transitions
  • Reduced-motion support (respects prefers-reduced-motion)
  • Semantic HTML structure with heading hierarchy
  • Automated Lighthouse accessibility audits running in CI on every release

We are committed to improving accessibility across all our services on an ongoing basis.

Known limitations

As a formal audit has not yet been completed, specific limitations have not been fully catalogued. We will update this statement as limitations are identified and resolved through ongoing audits and user feedback.
