The customer shall submit name, address, phone number, nationality and passport number or business registration number to Sonetel. The customer must provide proof to justify the validity of the address information together with a copy of the ID or Business registration for validation before activating the number. The customer will keep the information updated during use.
For both National and Toll-free numbers, the address (place of residence/business) can be anywhere in the world.

Toll-free numbers are reachable from fix phones and payphones only. They are not reachable from mobile phones.
Toll-free numbers are not reachable from countries other than Bahrain.
SMS-to-email is not supported.
Fax-to-email is not supported.
Number portability is not available.
