How can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your plan whenever you want.

Follow these steps to cancel your Sonetel Premium or Business plan:

• Visit the plan page
  Go to the plan page in the Sonetel web app.
• Change plan
  Click on the Change plan option to come to the Change plan page.
• Select Free plan
  Select the Free plan option and confirm.

You benefits with the plan will continue until the current plan expires. Thereafter your account will be moved to the Free plan.
