Can I bring numbers away from Sonetel?

Yes. It is possible to bring (port out) your Sonetel phone number to another phone company in any country where number portability is supported by local regulations. 

Please note that an administrative fee of $15 per phone number is applicable for handling port outs from USA, UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Japan and Spain.

We will accept your port out request as long as your Sonetel prepaid account holds enough money to pay for the port out service charge and any monthly charges that are due prior to the completion of the port out.
