Incoming call notifications in the Web app
Incoming call alerts in the Sonetel Web app rely on push notifications from your browser and your operating system. Follow the steps below for your browser and operating system to ensure you receive incoming call alerts.
Do not use your browser’s incognito or private browsing mode when using the Sonetel Web app. Push notifications do not work in incognito mode and incoming calls will not ring.
If you are enabling browser permissions (notifications, microphone, etc.) for the first time or changing them, you must do so while you are logged out of the Sonetel Web app. Enable the permissions while on the login page, then perform a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) before logging in. Permissions enabled while you are already logged in may not take effect until you do this.
