How does Sonetel’s voicemail work?

Each Sonetel user automatically has a personal voicemail box. Voicemail messages from callers are delivered to the user’s email, as audio files.

It is also possible to create additional stand-alone voicemail boxes (Voice apps) for different departments and functions in the company. You can for example create a voicemail box for the sales team – or for the finance team.

Received messages can be delivered to any user or email address.
