Whitelist Sonetel’s IP addresses in your Firewall

Please whitelist the following IP addresses in your firewall as they are used to send SIP traffic across the SIP trunk to your equipment.

SIP addresses

We send SIP traffic from the following IP addresses.

52.50.225.135

SIP traffic is sent over UDP from port 5060.

RTP addresses

Our service usually connects the audio directly between both the parties. However, in case you face audio issues our system can be configured to route the audio via our servers. In such a case the audio is sent via the following IP addresses.

52.50.177.205
52.31.57.55
52.50.180.156
34.252.144.112

In case you use call recording, audio will instead come from the following IPs

52.49.6.140
52.49.9.69
