Renewal and subscription length

You can choose between a 1-month, 1-year and 3-year subscription length for each of your Sonetel phone numbers.

A 3-year subscription is cheaper per month. As an example, a US phone number costs $3.99 per month with a monthly subscription but only $2.49 per month with a 3-year subscription.

Please note that you will be charged for the entire subscription period upon the renewal.

You can change the renewal and subscription setting of each phone number at any time by signing in at sonetel.com and clicking on Change next to the phone number.

The subscription length you select will be applied at the next renewal date.

If you deselect the check box for Renewal, your number will be removed permanently from your account at the renewal date.

Renewal fees are usually deducted from your Sonetel prepaid account. If your Sonetel prepaid account does not hold enough money to pay for the renewal, we will charge one of your saved Payment methods (Credit Card or PayPal) instead.
