Voicemail
When are calls answered by my Voicemail?
It is configurable, but the default is that incoming calls to you are answered by Voicemail if you don’t answer within 10 seconds.
You can change this in My settings.
Note Your personal Voicemail only can answer calls if you have phone numbers connected to you as a user. If you instead configure your Sonetel phone numbers to send calls somewhere else, then your voicemail will never be able to answer calls.
