How can I record my mobile calls?

Record calls when calling from your regular mobile number

If you want to record the calls you make from your regular mobile phone number then follow these steps:

Install the free iPhone or Android app in your mobile.
Make sure that the app is configured to show your regular mobile number when calling (this is the default settings)
Make sure that Call Recording is activated in your Sonetel account
Call any phone number or contact with the Sonetel app. The call ill be connected through Sonetel’s system.

You only pay for the local calls. The call recording is free.

The recorded call will appear as an audio file in your Sonetel account at sonetel.com.

Only record calls when this is legal to do so in your country and in the country of the person you are talking to. You may need to inform the person you are talking to that the call is being recorded.

Can I record calls that people make to my mobile number?

No. We can only record calls that pass through our system. If people call directly to your regular mobile number, then we are not in the loop.

Record incoming and outgoing calls on a Sonetel number

If you get a Sonetel phone number – anywhere in the world – and activate call recording, then you can record both incoming calls (that you can forward to your mobile) and outgoing calls (that you make using our apps).
