What is voice response?

Voice response – or IVR –  is an automatic service that either plays a message to the caller „Please wait while we connect your call“ or that provides them with options, such as „For Sales, press 1. For support press 2.“ – or whatever else that you configure it to do.

Sonetel’s Voice apps allows you to create up to 1,000 different configurable voice response services.

Each newly created Voice app comes with default, prerecorded professional recordings to be played to callers – in many different languages – but you can easily replace them with your own recordings.
