Why did my call fail?

If you are calling with Call back or Call thru, and your call is not set up when you press „Call“ this is probably because you have entered your mobile number incorrectly in the app settings.

In the Android app Settings, under Account, you can see your Mobile number. This number must be the mobile number associated with the SIM card currently in your mobile phone. It must be entered in the international format with a leading „+“.

If you have problems with the VoIP call mode, we suggest that you change to the Call thru or Call back mode. The VoIP call mode is different than the others since it sends the audio in the call across your Internet connection. Mobile broadband has large delays and is not dependable – which will create a poor experience for you. Firewalls and Internet routers that you or your company have can additionally cause many types of problems.
