Capacity limitations on outbound calls

The amount of concurrent outbound calls is not restricted by your SIP trunk. There is however a separate safety limitation on concurrent outbound calls.

The default amount of max allowed concurrent outbound calls from a company account is 5.

This limitation is implemented as a safety net for your and our protection. In case your SIP equipment gets hacked and someone tries to make significant amounts of expensive calls, the limitation will help minimize the potential losses.
