Shared capacity for inbound calls on SIP trunk

The amount of concurrent inbound calls that your SIP trunk can handle is defined by the SIP trunk plan you have.

If you do not have a SIP trunk plan, the capacity is by default set to 5 concurrent calls (“channels”).

The capacity is shared among all your phone numbers. Each number can use some or all of your channel capacity, as long as you don’t have more than the allowed count of concurrent ongoing calls – in total.
