有料プランの特典は何ですか？
無料通話。無料電話番号。カスタマーサービスによるVIP対応。 当社の全ての有料プランには、無料電話番号、無料発信通話および40以上の国へのコールフォワーディング、AIを活用した通話サマリーなど多くの特典が含まれています。 ビジネスプランとプレミアムプランに含まれる全ての特典の詳細は、プラン比較ページでご確認いただけます。 無料通話の発信および転送が可能なように、プリペイド残高を十分に保つ必要があります。 弊社のアプリで「Call back」をご利用の場合、国内と発信先国でそれぞれ1回ずつ、合計2回のローカル通話が発生する点にご注意ください。これらのローカル通話は、有料プランをご利用の場合、無料または割引となる場合があります。通話先および携帯への通話が無料または割引の対象となるかどうかは、こちらの料金表でご確認ください。
プランを変更するとどうなりますか？
プランを変更すると、利用可能な特典や更新時の料金が変わります。 上位プランへのアップグレード 上位プランへ移行すると、以下の変更が発生します。 プラン変更 アカウントは即座に選択されたプランへアップグレードされ、料金はプリペイドアカウントから差し引かれます。 電話番号 更新時に一部の電話番号が無料となります。こちらをご覧ください。 PremiumプランからBusinessプランへアップグレードすると、ユーザーあたりの無料電話番号が5に増加し、システムが自動的に対象の電話番号を新プラン向けに無料へ変更します。 プランに含まれる機能 新プランに含まれる機能（例：ボイスアプリ、テキスト読み上げ、通話録音など）が即座に利用可能となり、PremiumプランからBusinessプランへのアップグレード時には、Premiumプランで既に含まれていた機能の無料利用限度が向上します。 下位プランへのダウングレード 下位プランに変更すると、以下の変更が発生します。 プラン変更 アカウントは現在のプランの更新日に新プランへ移行し、選択されたプランの料金は更新日にプリペイドアカウントから差し引かれます。 電話番号 旧プランで無料であった一部の電話番号には、新プラン移行後に月額料金が発生する場合があります。 BusinessプランからPremiumプランに変更する場合、ユーザーあたりの無料電話番号は1に減少しますが、ユーザー数が電話番号数を上回る場合は引き続き無料です。こちらをご覧ください。 プランに含まれる機能 新プランで追加の機能が含まれない場合、例えばボイスアプリ、テキスト読み上げ、通話録音は、新プラン移行後に利用できなくなり、BusinessプランからPremiumプランへの変更の場合、Premiumプランで既に利用していた機能の使用制限が厳しくなります。
