10:00 – 11:00 AM UTC. As part of a scheduled maintenance our web portal will be unavailable for 15 minutes. We will share updates as the maintenance progresses.

10:23 AM UTC. The maintenance has started and the web portal is unavailable for now.

10:26 AM UTC. The maintenance is complete and the portal is available again.

If you face any problems when opening the web portal please try clearing your browser’s cache.

Due to an update in our system when you sign in to the web portal you may not see your user name. This is happening due to a migration of the existing data to a new format. Things should be back to normal in a few hours.
Update: This is now fixed and all user names should be displayed properly.
