May 29th – Problem with forwarding calls

10:00 AM UTC. We are looking into reports that call forwarding to some mobile and landline numbers is not working. Initial investigations point towards one of our local providers causing the issue.

We normally handle calls using backup providers when the main carrier rejects them. However, in this case the main carrier is  neither connecting the call nor are they rejecting it. We are working with their technical team to get this fixed as soon as possible.
