September 13th – Problem with ordering phone numbers

01:00 PM UTC. We are investigating reports of problems with ordering phone numbers from certain countries. The problem seems to be limited to France, Netherlands and Spain (Mobile) and other areas where we have address restrictions at the moment. Our engineering team is working on this issue.

03:10 PM UTC. We have identified the root cause of the problem and are working on fixing it. However, fixing it will take some time as it requires changes to one of our core systems.

September 19th 07:15 AM UTC. The problem has now been fixed. Ordering phone numbers from the countries mentioned above should work without any issues.
