September 26th – Problems with some of our services
04:50 AM UTC. As part of our scheduled maintenance yesterday, we moved all our services to new servers to improve the stability & performance of our service.
During the move to the new servers, we ran into problems with some of our services. While most of the problems were resolved, we still have some open issues – our Conference & voicemail-to-email service are not working.
The engineering team is working on these issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
05:20 AM UTC. We have noticed that the web portal seems to be taking an unusually long time to load in some cases. We are investigating the problem.
06:20 AM UTC. SIP registration still seems to be failing for certain types of IP phones. All hands are on deck working on finding the root cause of these issues.
06:53 AM UTC. The problem with our Voicemail-to-email service has been resolved. We have also identified the problem that caused our web portal to become slow – things should be back to normal now.
08:50 AM UTC. Except our conference service, all other problems related to the yesterday’s maintenance have now been resolved and all our services are back online.
03:44 PM UTC. Our conference service is working intermittently at the moment. We are working on resolving the pending issues.
September 27th 05:15 AM UTC. In addition to the conference service, we are also facing problems with our SMS-to-email service. Our engineering team is still working on both these issues – we hope to have a resolution soon.
11:30 AM UTC. The problem with our Conference service has been resolved and it should work without any problems.
We are monitoring the SMS-to-email service and it seems to be working at the moment. We will continue to monitor it for some more time to make sure it does not run into any problems. We are also investigating if the SMS messages that were not delivered on Monday & Tuesday can be sent now.
Due to a sudden increase in the number of emails we are receiving in relation to this maintenance, our response times will be slower than usual. If you have any urgent issues, please call us instead.
