October 4th – Problem with internet provider at Support Center

Due to heavy rains in the city, we are currently experiencing intermittent internet connectivity issues at our Support Center. Although we use backup internet providers – the heavy downpour has caused problems with most of them. We are working on restoring full connectivity as soon as possible.

As a result of this, responses to emails will be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
