April 8th – Issue with email delivery

April 7th 5:15 PM – April 8th 4:55 AM UTC.  We have identified a problem with one of our systems which has caused delay in sending SMS, FAX & voicemail notifications to our customers. The problem was found to be one of our servers that sends emails to customers when they receive a SMS, FAX or voicemail.

We have multiple monitors in place to keep us informed of such issues. In a rare coincidence, the system that alerts us of such issues also faced issues.

The engineering team is working on fixing this. The pending emails should be delivered over the next few hours.
