July 12th – Sonetel web App unavailable
8:30 AM UTC. Due to an issue with our web app (app.sonetel.com) it is currently not possible to sign up for a new account or sign in to your existing account.
The engineering team has been alerted and is investigating the issue with high priority.
9:30 AM UTC. Initial investigation shows that the issue may be linked to by recent configuration changes done in our infrastructure. These changes are being reversed by our team.
9:40 AM UTC. The issue has now been resolved.
