12:30 PM UTC. We’re experiencing an issue with our Oracle database due to which our service is currently unavailable. Signing in to our apps, making or receiving phone calls, and other services will not work.

We are working with the database administrators to get things back to normal as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.

12:50 PM UTC. The issue has now been resolved and all our services are back online.
