February 22nd – Meeting minutes and Voicemail Summary service unavailable

3:30 AM UTC. Due to a technical issue, the Meeting minutes and Voicemail summary services are currently not working. However, this does not affect the Voicemail service itself as you will still receive the voicemails left as an audio file attached to the email.

The issue is being investigated with high priority. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

It was identified that there was an unexpected issue with in our servers that caused this issue. Our team is working on finding a permanent solution to avoid any future instances.
